Sample Thank You Email (Letter) To Employer After Final Interview Sample Thank You Email (Letter) To Employer After Final Interview A client of mine was going through a lengthy interview process and, after her final interview, she decided to send a thank you / follow-up letter (using email) to the employer. She was more than ready to seal the deal, and wanted to do something to help herself. And within the hour she got a phone call with a job offer! Now Im not saying that the letter she emailed was the only reason she got the job. But I have to say that it is a strong, positive affirmation of who she is and what she brings to the job. And so I want to share it with you, with her kind permission.Final interview follow-up email sample (template) Im changing the names and a few other identifying details, but I think this is a powerful example of how to make a solid case for yourself what you bring to the job and why you are THE one. BrownA few more thoughts about emailing after final interviews The above example was an email Clara sent after making it through the first two rounds of interviews. She knew this would be the last interview before they made their decision, and decided to cement the impression she felt she had made and make sure they really got how serious about the position and well-suited for the job she is.But an email like this is probably a bit too intense to use after your first interview, since its more about sealing the deal than continuing the discussion.
